    Sales Development Manager

    What you will be doing:

    • Spearhead the evolution of SDR activities, processes, and performance metrics, while coaching and mentoring the team through 1-on-1s, joint call sessions, and skills development plans.
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to arrange introductory business meetings, while evaluating prospect needs against our offerings to secure qualified meetings.
    • Launch targeted prospect outreach campaigns, research and gather target account contact information and account intelligence, and foster and qualify leads utilizing a contact database, prospecting processes, and supporting collateral.
    • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Sales account managers to penetrate targeted accounts and uncover sales opportunities.
    • Articulate the value proposition to various prospect contacts, including senior and C-level executives, and enhance team skills in outbound prospecting, inbound optimization, qualifying, meeting setting, and execution.

    Admin Assistant (Temp)

    What you will be doing:

    • Provide essential administrative support to the Compliance Officer, helping ensure smooth client compliance with key legislation, this might include Popia and FIC Act.
    • Work closely with Legal Counsel and the Compliance Officer, actively contributing to the implementation of FIC Amendment Act requirements and maintaining a strong compliance culture.
