Duties:
Assist with Valuation Administration Compile reports Prepare journal data Capture journal entries
Processing of rates clearance and valuation applications Assist with the calculation of refunds Calculation of rebates and assist with the maintenance of the rebate register Update property records Perform monthly reconciliations
Capture refunds on the system Handling of enquiries and record keeping.
Relevant three year tertiary qualification (NQF7) BCom with Financial Accounting / Accounting as a major subject Valid Code B driver’s license Computer literate Proficiency in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape
