    Key Accounts Manager: Pharmacy

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement and evaluate national key accounts strategies detailing all operational and key account objectives
    • Analyse research, negotiate and implement annual co-op spend ROI
    • Negotiate annual trading terms in line with business plan
    • Negotiate ranging, new listings, price and promotional activity with regional and national buyers by key account
    • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all key people at key accounts
    • Evaluate all promotions
    • Ensure all new products are launched correctly and effectively in line with marketing's strategy and requirements
    • Manage performance of the group and ensure all roles and responsibilities are defined for all resources
    • Monitor pricing accuracy and implement price increases within set time parameters to prevent claims
    • Ensure optimal product and service levels through Selling Agents
    • Provide direction on promotional plans, pricing and product launches in line with Sales & Marketing strategy
    • Analyse and communicate all market and competitor information to Marketing, as well as highlighting opportunities
    • Correct positioning on shelf in-line with Marketing objectives
    • Management and implementation of planograms and layouts as set out by Trade Marketing

    Requirements

    What are we looking for:

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Relevant tertiary degree in Marketing or Sales; a background or qualification in Health Sciences is an advantage
    • At least 7 years of Key Accounts Management experience within the pharmacy sector, working with pharmacies and health-focused retail stores
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating closely with independent pharmacy representatives and stores
    • Proven record of successful growth in key accounts for pharmacies and health stores
    • Skilled in developing channel-specific strategies and implementing sales plans aligned with overall business objectives
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within pharmacy accounts
    • In-depth understanding of the pharmacy and healthcare retail landscape, customer behaviour and industry trends

    Payroll Administrator

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, process and oversee the monthly payroll on Sage 300 People for allocated companies in the Group 
    • Execute payroll functions in alignment with policies, procedures, SARS compliance and Sage methods of calculation 
    • Capture and process all new appointments, employee information changes and terminations accurately and timeously 
    • Coordinate time and attendance and leave control for allocated companies 
    • Responsible for the administration of ESS for the Group 
    • Assist with employee benefit administration for the Group 
    • Ensure that all employees have updated employee files 
    • Assist with monthly reporting 
    • Responsible for managing the HR consumables budget, stationary orders and purchase orders 
    • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 certificate with SAGE 300 Payroll administration certificate 
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll administration, with extensive experience working on Sage 300 
    • Experience in Time and Attendance systems 
    • Advanced computer literacy 
    • Excellent verbal, oral and written communication 
    • Able to analyse and interpret information 
    • Excellent planning and organising skills 
    • Able to meet deadlines 
    • Resilient and able to consistently deliver results  
    • Ability to show initiative, collaborate at all levels, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
