    MyPractice Trainer | Bellville

    Responsibilities:

    • Timeous and efficient arrangement of training sessions
    • Ensure user manuals are accurate and up to date.
    • Conduct training sessions
    • Accurate updating and maintenance of training records
    • Elite Wealth training and support

     Minimum requirements:

    • BCom Degree qualification
    • 3+ years’ experience in a financial service environment
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
    • Computer literacy (MS Office)
    • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (travelling will be required)

    • Compile a summary of information
    • Research product information
    • Handle new application and quotations
    • Handle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)
