    Field Administrator

    • Checking validity of New Business Application forms and recruitment documents.
    • Capturing New Business applications.
    • Monitoring monthly report statistics.
    • Compiling monthly statistics.
    • Liaison with Head Office, Brokers and Customers.
    • Preparation of documentation.
    • Typing general correspondence and minute taking.
    • General office duties: faxing, filing, e-mail, petty cash and assisting with other administration functions
    • Ensure alignment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), in all business practices

    Qualification & Experience

    • Matric
    • At least one year experience in sales support administration

    HR Consultant

    Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Managing projects to proactively build our candidate database, especially for strategically critical roles
    • Proof reading and completing job requisitions on myWorkSpace, including pre-screening questions
    • Conducting candidate searches (via LinkedIn or any other source)
    • Schedule and conduct interviews with short-listed candidates
    • Conduct pre-employment checks
    • Arrange psychometric assessments
    • Obtain approval for special contractual arrangements
    • Compile motivations for special contractual arrangements
    • Complete and issue manual dummy payslip and letter of appointment
    • Regret unsuccessful candidates on myWorkSpace
    • Complete on-boarding on myWorkSpace, including employee personal detail review and uploading of documents
    • Facilitate on-boarding plan with line manager within the SIG employee experience framework
    • Compile and discuss HR welcome packs with new employees
    • Compile monthly recruitment cost statistics
    • Follow up on queries with payroll relating to new staff
    • Ensure that all new employees’ outstanding documents are submitted to payroll within one month post the start date
    • Manage end to end process of internal staff transfers and secondments
    • Conduct exit interviews

    Talent Management

    • Ensure alignment with talent framework, policies and processes
    • Assist line managers with poor performance management
    • Assist line managers with internal talent pool development processes
    • Ensure that each employee has a completed Performance Development review

    Learning and Development

    • Query handling from line managers and employees and liaising with the Learning and Development team, as required
    • Active involvement in facilitating placement of learners and job-shadow opportunities

    Remuneration

    • Request and provide remuneration benchmarking information, when required

    Industrial Relations

    • Understand and apply the relevant legislation, policies and procedures (e.g. SIG ER Policy, BCEA, LRA)
    • Assist line managers and employees with the interpretation and the administration of any IR/ER issues, e.g. disciplinary and grievance procedures.

    General HR Admin

    • Administrative support to the Chief HR Officer
    • Query handling from line managers and employees
    • Drive adoption of HR technology towards self-service for line managers and employees
    • Administration and facilitation of changes to employment contracts
    • Coordinate diary management, travel arrangements and all other team administration when required

    Senior Business Intelligence Developer

    What will you do?

    • Enabling business
      • Responsible for supporting the business with timely Reporting/Dashboard/Scorecard solutions using SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS, MS Excel, SharePoint and similar Business Intelligence tools.
      • To support the reporting requirements by way of data extracts, queries, and automating processes/tasks, creating reports, scorecards and dashboards.
      • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
      • Understands the data, systems and architecture of front end applications and back end data.
      • Analysis of data, finding patterns within large complex datasets
    • Communication
      • Interface with multiple business users across the organization to gather and understand analytics /reporting requirements
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, and recommend innovative solutions to business problems
    • Improving the quality of data and report output
      • Test planning and execution.
      • Performs data validation to ensure that data is correct and meets functional area data specifications.
      • Validates the quality of the data, raises incidents, where necessary and works with business specialist to continuously improve on the quality of data.
    • Adheres to reporting requirements and standards as stipulated in the service level agreement (SLA)
    • Must be innovative
      • Translates data in a way that meets functional area specifications.
      • Provide continues improvement on reporting and analytics methods.
    • System Documentation
    • Create and update documentation for the entire BI environment

    Qualifications

    • Relevant tertiary qualification

    Experience & Knowledge

    • Minimum 10 years extensive working experience in a BI Environment
    • Extensive experience with MS SSRS
    • Extensive experience with MS SSAS
    • Extensive experience with MS T-SQL
    • Extensive experience with MS SSIS
    • Experience with Power BI is required
    • Minimum 8 years extensive Database design (OLTP and Data warehouse)
    • 8 Years dimensional modelling working experience
    • Must have experience in designing Enterprise level BI Solutions using the Microsoft stack.
    • Must have experience in designing Self Service BI Solutions.
    • SAP Hana modelling will be advantageous
    • Must have real world experience with designing and implementing predictive & descriptive analytical models.

    Qualification And Experience

    • Degree or Diploma with 10 to 12 years related experience.
