    SAP DMLT Senior Technical Consultant - Woodmead

    Main tasks would be:

    • Build expertise to configure Data migration and Data transformation tools.  
    • Execute data migration/ transformation delivery related activities in projects.
    • Analyse and resolve issues resulting from customer testing.
    • Building competencies and expertise to become a solution expert in a short time frame.
    • Building best practice document and onboarding colleagues, become a multiplier and demonstrate ability to scale by onboarding and working with other delivery consultants.
    • Strong technical and functional background in Finance will be huge advantage.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Experience 7-10 years technical experience in Consulting delivery.
    • Technical delivery of minimum 2 SAP data migration projects.
    • Experience in SAP ABAP programming languages, debugging and interfaces.
    • Finance conversion to S/4HANA with System Conversion scenario with experience in SPRO configuration for Finance conversion.
    • Implementation of Finance module for S/4HANA in greenfield scenario working with tools like Data Services / Migration Cockpit
    • Experience with roll out of Company Codes in the context of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.

    Recruitment Intern - Woodmead

    What you'll do

    • This entry-level position will support the recruitment activities for the SAP Digital Skills Center. As individual contributor, the Recruitment Intern will support the Recruitment Team and take over well-defined activities to help manage the recruitment campaigns and events to help acquire young talents, nurture their skills, talents and get them certified to further their career to help conquer youth unemployment.

    The role will be limited for a duration of 12 months; with an option to extend thereafter.

    As Recruitment Intern for the SAP Digital Skills Center, major responsibilities will include: 

    • Supporting daily recruiting operations independently
    • Ownership of operational process in recruiting, including but not limited to:
    • Build Candidate Roster
    • Review incoming applications and pre-qualify according to given selection criteria
    • Carry out bulk phone interviews with applicants following a clear recruitment process and interview questionnaire – ensure quality and quantity according to given expectations
    • Administer assessment tests (e.g. cognitive, PI) for pre-qualified candidates
    • Ensure all eligible candidates are invited, track responses and be point of contact for all candidates
    • Ensure all required documents are saved
    • Contract Management
    • Ensure all selected candidates receive engagement letter / documentation required on time ahead of training program start
    • Ensure all HR system requirements are met
    • Track engagement letter return and candidate feedback, follow up with candidates
    • Closely engage and follow up with HR on contract creation whenever required
    • Ensure all administrative HR steps are accomplished on time
    • Provide the support required from the candidates and other team members at the start of each program
    • Promote the job posting advertisement through social media
    • Support in creating and initiating recruitment adverts on job portals, university campuses etc.
    • Support and conduct interviews when required including travel to various countries

    What you bring

    • Bachelor degree in Business and/or related study
    • Proficiency in MS Office and common recruiting software
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English
    • Strong project management skills, detail oriented; must be highly organized with the ability to manage towards multiple deadlines simultaneously
    • Able to build strong relationships, is results driven and self-motivated

    DMLT Engagement Architect / Project Lead

    Your main tasks are:

    • Demand Generation activities to increase the footprint of DMLT services in the EMEA South region specifically in South Africa.
    • Establish effective engagement network with service sales teams, Premium Engagement teams to enable positioning of DMLT services in the region.
    • Support transition of customer's business needs and designing and architecting the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape

    Transformation (DMLT) portfolio and beyond.

    • Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales and delivery) and architecting potential solution design.
    • Lead and facilitating customer's workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirement.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
    • Closely collaborate with people in different roles across the company.
    • Establish and maintain trustful relationships with Market Unit colleagues, on all levels of both externally on the customer side, as well as SAP Internally.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant job experience
    • Minimum 8 years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience in customer engagement role.
    • Has strong networking skills, a positive customer centric work attitude.
    • Has a strong understanding of SAP ECC/ S4HANA data model with sound understanding processes in at least 2 of the application modules – SAP Finance, Controlling MM, SD, PP, PM.
    • Has strong exposure to working with SAP Customers from different industry segments such as Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Utilities, Automobile etc.
    • Have experience in positioning services in the area of data migrations, data transformations, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
    • SAP DMLT tools, methodology and data migration experience is a plus.
    • Relevant SAP Technology experience, SAP Business Technology Platform is beneficial.
    • Process know-how for essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset.
    • Additional experience in SAP S/4HANA, BW/BW4, CRM, SRM and ISM, HCM/SuccessFactors, Data Management Solutions (MDG, ILM,..) or SAP Industry Solutions is a benefit.

    DMLT Technology Senior Logistics Consultant

    Your main tasks are:

    • Identify customer's logistics business needs and designing and architecting the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio and beyond.
    • Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales and delivery) and architecting potential solution design.
    • Lead and facilitating customer's workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirement.
    • Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
