    Vehicle Service Workshop Apprentice

    Duties:

    • Work closely with technician / foreman and learn
    • All aspects of the workshop processes and procedures.
    • Booking in of vehicles and customer interaction
    • All technical aspects, service, repairs and diagnostics of vehicles.
    • Ensure full adherence to OHSA.
    • Work closely and have a good relationship with the sales team, workshop, parts, service providers, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 – technical qualification such as N1/N2/N3 (with motor trade subjects will be a distinct advantage).
    • Code 8 (EB) drivers licence.
    • Knowledge of MS office / products – excel, word and outlook will be welcome.
    • Knowledge at Dealership Service Workshop Level or similar mechanical service workshop level a distinct advantage.  
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Good customer relations and team player.
    • Medically fit and no crim record.
    • Must reside on the East Rand or close to the dealership
    • Own Transport advantageous

    Commercial Attorney

    Key Requirements:

    • LLB degree (essential).
    • B. Com / Finance degree (advantageous).
    • LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (advantageous).
    • 4+ years post-article experience, with a strong focus on non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters.
    • Exceptional contract drafting skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions, including:
    • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
    • Corporate Finance.

    Vehicle Sales Executive

    Requirements:

    • Must have completed Grade 12 / Matric (Non Negotiable).
    • Must have a valid Drivers Licence.
    • No Criminal Record.
    • Proven experience in vehicle sales or a similar sales role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A passion for automobiles and an in-depth knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Selling new and used vehicles as per targets.
    • Ensure accessories are sold with vehicle and targets are met.
    • Consignment processes to be followed and including stock sheets.
    • Ensure pre-delivery preparation is up to standard.
    • Ensure all documentation is completed to standard.
    • Ensure that customer has all required documentation, Natis papers and spare keys.
    • Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure any after sales queries are dealt with and customer is satisfied.
    • Trade -ins: Conclude with appraising the vehicle with Manager and assist in finalizing bringing the car into stock and settlements I.E Submit all relevant docs in time.
    • CSI and CEM (Customer Experience Monitoring).
    • You will be expected to achieve the same targets with your CEM score as VCSA expect from them.
    • Assist with outdoor displays.
    • Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
    • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
    • Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
    • Building a rapport with potential customers.
    • Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
    • Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
    • Be on workshop duty.
    • Be an ambassador at all times.

    Auditing Clerk

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in auditing. Applicants must note that auditing is the primary focus of this role.

    Vehicle Parts & Panel Sales Executive

    Duties: 

    • Ensure that we have a respected and professional business relationship with all Panel & similar customers.
    • Keep in touch with all customers.  
    • Must have a good overview of the Parts selling process at Dealership level.
    • Work closely and have a good relationship with the sales team, workshop, service providers, etc.
    • Role entails a high level of driving and meeting customers in and around the Gauteng area.

    Requirements: 

    • Grade 12.
    • Code 8 (EB) drivers license.
    • Must be know MS office / products – excel, word and outlook.
    • Must have systems knowledge at Dealership level, eg. IAL, Evolve, CMS, etc.  
    • 3-5 years Motor vehicle experience at Dealership Level as a Parts Sales Executive with Panel specialisation.  
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Good customer relations and team player.
    • Medically fit and no crim record.
    • Must reside on the East Rand or close to the dealership
