    Commercial Attorney

    Key Requirements:

    • LLB degree (essential).
    • B. Com / Finance degree (advantageous).
    • LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (advantageous).
    • 4+ years post-article experience, with a strong focus on non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters.
    • Exceptional contract drafting skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions, including:
    • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
    • Corporate Finance.
    • Private Equity.
    • Deal Structuring.
    • Transactional Tax.
    • Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
    • Fully computer literate, including MS Word and Excel.
