About the role
- The Grade A CCTV Controller is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Control Room, maintaining continuous CCTV surveillance and supporting the implementation of access control and security procedures.

About the role
- The Grade B Inspector (NDC Metro) is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all assigned security sites.
- The role is responsible for ensuring adequate site coverage, efficient deployment of personnel, conducting regular site inspections, identifying compliance risks, responding to incidents and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Grade B Inspector will also be responsible for maintaining professional client relationships and supporting the effective management of security personnel.
- The Grade B Inspector will report directly to the Key Accounts Manager.

What you will be doing

- The AI & Automation Engineer will design, build, test and support AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, internal copilots, workflow automations and system integrations. The role will translate business problems into secure, scalable and measurable automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, strengthen controls and support client-facing technology-enabled service innovation.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Design & Development
- Build AI agents, internal copilots, intelligent assistants and AI-enabled workflows for approved use cases.
- Develop solutions for document processing, service desk triage, knowledge retrieval, data extraction, reporting support and operational automation.
- Apply human-in-the-loop design principles for high-risk, financial, client-facing or operationally material outputs.
- Maintain technical documentation, user guidance and solution design records.
Automation Engineering
- Design and develop workflow automations, scripts, APIs, integrations and low-code-enabled automations.

Minimum Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Python or similar programming languages, APIs, data processing and automation frameworks.
