Our client is looking for a Legal & Client Success Manager to take ownership of their legal and contracting function while also supporting and managing client engagements.
Responsibilities
Legal & Contracting
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs and Service Level Agreements
Maintain the contract template library and ensure contract records are accurate and up to date
Advise the business on contractual risks and provide practical guidance where required
Client Success
Scope client engagements from start to finish
Run discovery sessions and translate client requirements into clear scopes and timelines
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients while the engineering team delivers the project
Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
LLB degree
Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
Commercial contracting experience
Client Success or client-facing experience
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work confidently with both clients and internal technical teams
