    Sales Representative

    Minimum requirements: 

    • At least 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in business-to-business (B2B) or technology/office automation environments
    • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
    • A solid understanding of office technology (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners, cloud-based document solutions), and the ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Self-Motivated and Target-Driven
    • Valid Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Prospect, cold-call, and follow up on leads to grow the client base and increase market share within the assigned territory
    • Conduct Client Needs Analysis and Present Solutions
    • Prepare and Deliver Sales Proposals and Presentations
    • Maintain a structured sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

    Junior Financial Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Financial Manager in overseeing day-to-day financial operations of the dealership.
    • Manage and reconcile bank statements, cashbooks, and general ledgers.
    • Oversee debtors and creditors functions.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and cash flow forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, etc.).
    • Support inventory and stock control audits.
    • Liaise with department heads on budgets and cost controls.
    • Maintain internal controls and assist with year-end audits.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 2–4 years’ experience in a financial/accounting role within a automotive dealership environment (essential).
    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and dealership financial software (e.g., Automate, Kerridge, or similar).
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organisational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.

    • Jaguar Land Rover experience will eb advantageous 
    • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills will be advantageous
    • Valid driver’s license (Code B)
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
