    Manager: Warehouse - Tiletoria Durban

    Description

    Stock Controller - BUCO Plaza

    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Checking the overbuying and bad buying reports
    • Checking the cost of stock-outs and stock-outs by bin
    • Ensuring that the receiver returns all CRV’d goods to the supplier
    • Ensuring that the Cycle counter is up to date with shelf talker prices
    • Validating and investigate stock variances, Reviewing the cycle counting compliance
    • Ensuring the Cycle counter clears all negative stock • Ensuring the Cycle counter is maintaining the bin locations
    • Checking and investigating bad risk stock & Performing spot checks on bin locations
    •  Ensuring that stock take is accurate, runs smoothly and delivers accurate figures
    •  Running the No Stock, No Demand report and delete redundant products from the stock file
    • Run the specials and non-stock for deletion reports and ensure they are deleted
    •  Running the dead and surplus stock report monthly
    • Ensuring that new lines are integrated into existing stock and are binned and labeled correctly
    • Monitoring stock performance regularly & Verification of GRN’s
    •  Providing the Operator with stock variance data

    Requirements

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • 2 years stock control experience
    •  Certificate in Retailing (NQF 5) / Certificate in Retail Operations Management (NQF 5) preferable
