QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must be in possession of a relevant 3-year qualification, with preference in auditing or Internal audit as a major and registered with a recognized professional Body, be computer Literacy and valid motor vehicle driver's license.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• 2-5 years relevant experience,

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years' Auditing Experience.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Prepare audit programmes and develop audit procedures, conducting audit field work, prepare internal audit reports based on findings, preparing and presenting comments and draft opinions in order to ensure functional applications and processes are monitored for conformity against financial and administrative legislation and policy prescriptions, conduct ad hoc audits as and when required, ensure review of Internal Strategic documents, ensure strategic internal audit documents are viewed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Applicant must be in possession of a Grade 12, bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Information Technology/ Cyber Security or related field,
• Certificate in either of the following; Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM),
• Certified Information Security Officer (ISO), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+ and ISO 27001. Valid motor vehicle driver's License and 3 years' relevant experience in ICT security or cybersecurity.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Safeguard uMlalazi Municipality's ICT infrastructure, systems and data by implementing and managing robust cybersecurity measures.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable South African legislation, including POPIA and the Cybercrimes Act, while supporting secure and efficient municipal service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Applicant must be in possession of a Grade 12, N3 Certificate or above, Electrical Trade Test Certificate, Code B driver's licence and at least three years electrical experience. Have three (3) years of Medium Voltage network electrical experience (Medium Voltage certificate to be attached)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Co-ordinates and controls the set-up, work in progress and completion of specialized tasks activities associated with medium/low voltage electrical installation, maintenance and repair including, monitoring and correcting support personnel productivity and performance and attending to routine/general administrative recording requirements contributing to the accomplishment of department objectives.
