What you will enjoy doing

• As a Catalogue Specialist you will manage, develop and maintain the online catalogue for Region Africa (RAF) countries to optimize revenues
• You will be expected to manage and improve product content, including building landing pages, particularly for promotional campaigns and content pages in RAF
• You will optimize navigation to improve the customer experience and driving creation of new bundles with product managers and ongoing maintenance while remaining the point of contact for customer catalogue issues
• Improvement on Search Engine Website Ranking through system enhancements and corrections, ensuring best Search Engine Optimization practices are adopted & implemented across all online RAF content and within the web product architecture will be expected of you
• Maintaining accurate product inventory listings, with detailed product information that meet our web quality standards will be one your responsibilities

What makes you great

• A University Degree or Diploma (NQF6) in E-Commerce and web page development should be achieved by you
• You have already gained at least 3-4 years of experience in a related E-Commerce environment
• Further, you have experience in web page and content development, including building, testing and publishing content
• Moreover, you have basic knowledge of HTML, JAVA, and CSS
• You have experience in planning and delivering successful online optimization programs

What you will enjoy doing

• In this role, you will review legislation on electricity and other utilities supply
• Identify water, energy and other utility savings
• Further you will keep abreast and be familiar with the programmes offered by Eskom, and advise Afrox on the programme to adopt/follow
• Review the tariff structure of utilities, with the view towards optimisation
• Management of electricity and other utilities reduction programmes within Afrox
• You will interface with supply authorities such as Eskom
• Report on electricity and other utilities consumption and profile
• Furthermore, keep abreast of best practices in industry with regards to utility optimization and leading the RAF decarbonization strategy

What makes you great

• You possess a Engineering degree or equivalent, and you have gained at least five (5) years of business experience in a similar environment role
• You have a full understanding of the Linde Operating Model and how to effectively deliver results within its parameters
• Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering Degree level education or equivalent

What you will enjoy doing

• As a UX & Business Process Specialist you will be responsible for improving the customer Ecommerce journey, order conversion rate, user experience (UX) for all customers, including brand new customers, existing Afrox customers using online for the first time and returning customers
• You will be expected to utilize a test and learn approach (e.g. A/B testing), quickly interpret test results, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for change and optimization
• Managing, implementing and maintaining records on personalization and segmentation while utilizing data to improve the UX on the ECommerce platforms will be one of your responsibilities
• You will be reviewing and updating ecommerce business processes with the focus on user experience optimization and communicate changes to the business
• Moreover aligning product recommendations with target market to drive growth across Afrox product, service range and drive targeted channel switch activity through customer facing teams and other internal stakeholders will be expected of you
