As a UX & Business Process Specialist you will be responsible for improving the customer Ecommerce journey, order conversion rate, user experience (UX) for all customers, including brand new customers, existing Afrox customers using online for the first time and returning customers
You will be expected to utilize a test and learn approach (e.g. A/B testing), quickly interpret test results, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for change and optimization
Managing, implementing and maintaining records on personalization and segmentation while utilizing data to improve the UX on the ECommerce platforms will be one of your responsibilities
You will be reviewing and updating ecommerce business processes with the focus on user experience optimization and communicate changes to the business
Moreover aligning product recommendations with target market to drive growth across Afrox product, service range and drive targeted channel switch activity through customer facing teams and other internal stakeholders will be expected of you
What makes you great
A University Degree or Diploma (NQF6) in E-Commerce should be achieved by you
You have already gained at least 3-4 years of experience in a related E-Commerce environment
Further, you have experience in user experience enhancements and running with user experience programs
You have a clear understanding of business processes and how to drive improvements as a result of data obtained from user experience reporting and systems
You have experience in data analytics and project management
