    HR Administrator 1 Year FTC (E-Learning) - Bellville

    Role Objectives \ Responsibilities:

    Content creation

    • Develop eLearning content, including interactive modules, assessments, and other multimedia material aligned with specific learning objectives and requirements. Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, visual appeal, etc.

    Curriculum development

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop eLearning courses that meet the needs of the target audience and address key learning outcomes.

    Research and analysis

    • Conduct research and analysis to gather relevant information, resources, and best practices to inform the development of instructional content and ensure accuracy and relevance.

    Writing and editing

    • Write clear, and engaging instructional design principles, and adult learning theory to enhance learner engagement.

    Quality assurance

    • Review and edit eLearning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Gather feedback from stakeholders, learners and subject matter experts and incorporate revisions and improvements into eLearning content.

    Technology

    • Use eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems to develop, publish, and manage eLearning content.

    Experience / Education:

    • Minimum of Grade 12
    • Bachelors degree or similar, preferably in Education, instructional design
    • Proven experience in eLearning content development (2-3 years)
    • Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools.

    Skills Required:

    • Computer literacy : MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Advanced).
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Proficiency in instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate storyline, etc).

    Knowledge Required:

    • Knowledge of Learning management Systems.

    Facility Coordinator - Johannesburg

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Carries out Facilities/workplaces related tasks to ensure the operational delivery of facilities maintenance services on site in line with agreed service standards.
    • Provides first line response to inquiries and concerns and ensures timely and quality service delivery, following up to ensure satisfaction.
    • Assigns requests technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Responsible for communicating these to the relevant parties and assists management in resolving problems.
    • Coordinates in the operational delivery of service contracts for site, ensuring attendance of required meetings for measuring performance and any relevant contract amendments. Providing feedback to the management team
    • Prepares regular reports and data according to agreed schedule, presents to the key stakeholders.
    • Responsible for ensuring building lease obligations are met and service charges are appropriate, through regularly liaison with landlord and property managers.
    • Ensures the adherence to the purchase to pay (P2P) process for workplaces, including the raising and approval tracking of purchase orders, tracking of payments and monitoring of invoices.
    • Provides administration support for; finance, commercial, HR, Workplaces and EHS related task, supports Management and Management Team members.
    • Support the Management team with the administrative tasks associated with the management of EHS on site.
    • Conducting activities that coordinate the compliance with all aspects of health & safety
    • Ensures the building and office standards are met by performing frequent visual quality inspections, reporting any issues in breach of EHS standards and that fall below the required standards. Corrects any defects by steering on site handymen, technicians, security guards and local suppliers and collaborating with Landlord’s team.
    • Maintains files on company vehicle fleet and coordinates vehicle administration.
    • Welcomes visitors to the site, providing professional support where required to visitors and external third party / contractor providers.
    • Issues ID badges as required.
    • Coordinates incoming and outgoing calls to the office and manages emails.
    • Coordinates all mail correspondence to the front desk.
    • Always presents a positive and professional first impression.
    • General office administration and inventory tasks as required.
    • Conducts additional tasks as required; including organizing taxis transfers and timetable information, office activities and assisting organizing in corporate events.
    • Books and cancels Meeting Rooms when required.
    • Works positively and collaboratively with colleagues, service providers, landlord and any other parties.

    Experience / Education:

    • Minimum of Grade 12 or degree in Business Management or equivalent.
    • 2-3 year’s relevant experience in invoicing and end-user support.
    • Experience within the Facilities Management field is essential.
    • Strong technical knowledge & experience will be preferred.

    Skills required:

    • Computer literacy; MS Office - Excel and Word; Outlook; Administration Skills; Time Management; Telephone skills.

    Knowledge required:

    Human Resources Administrator – Training Co-Ordination


    Main tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Training Co-ordination:
    • Administration & Logistics with regards to internal & external training interventions
    • Administration of learnerships, apprenticeships, interns, job shadow assignments
    • Record keeping of all training
    • Reporting (Annual compliance in terms of WSP, ATR, EE)
    • Track and report on Learning and Development outcomes – monthly dashboard report
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders regarding employee training needs
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers
    • Administration of learning and development assessments and certification • Assisting in the
    • development of training material and aids
    • Administration of the Education requirements pertaining to the requirements of Property Practitioners

    Experience / Education:

    • Minimum of Grade 12, with at least 3 years’ experience as a training co-ordinator / HR support role.
    • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources a recommendation.
    • Skills Development Facilitator (SDF).
    • Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools.
    • Experience in coordinating multiple corporate training events. Experience within the Property Management Industry will be a strong recommendation.

    Skills required:

    • Computer literacy: MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Advanced).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic presentation skills.

    Knowledge required:

    • Knowledge of Learning management systems; payroll / HR administration.
    • Fully functional knowledge and experience on Sage VIP People Software System.
    • Knowledge of relevant labour legislation affecting HR administration (Taxation, BCEA, LRA, etc).
    • Knowledge of remuneration practices and compliance.
