    Procurement Intern - Isando

    Your areas of responsibility:

    • Inventory management.
    • Assist with selecting suitable suppliers for products and services.
    • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team
    • Assist with analysing, negotiating, and securing quotations as well as invoices.
    • Prepare purchase order and purchase requisition reports. 
    • Purchasing of commodities and services.

    Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

    • Minimum of a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
    • Proficiency in Ms Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential. 
    • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise important projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
    • Work well in the team and be able to drive individual assignments / projects.
    • Ability to multi-task will be key for this role.

    Receptionist

    Your areas of responsibility:

    • Manage and direct high volume of calls at reception/ switchboard.
    • Receiving and attending to visitors, both incoming and outgoing.
    • Disseminate packages received.
    • Archiving and ensuring archive is up-to-date.
    • Knowledge of POPI and retention periods.

    Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

    Procurement Supply Planner

    Your areas of responsibility:

    • Solely responsible for S&OP replenishment, ensure correct imported finished products with the recommended volumes are proposed to the import’s buyer.
    • Extracting reports from SAP including stock on hand, open order reports, and consolidating information.
    • Incorporating sales demands and back orders into the replenishment sheet. 
    • Analysing ABC product classification bi-annually and liaising with sales managers to ensure correct classifications for each finished product range.
    • Management of the portfolio from an inventory investment perspective, as well as life-cycle management of new introductions and end of life discontinuations.

    Qualification and skills we are looking for:

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management/ or related field. 
    • 1- 3 years' working experience in Supply Chain Planning area. 
    • High degree SAP and Excel proficiency.
    • Advanced planning and optimisation.
