    Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - Security

    Required/minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting  OR equivalent experience 

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting 
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience 
    • 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) 

    6+ years experience working in technical projects, teams, or functions 

    • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) 
    • Threat protection, SIEM and Incident Response; Extended Detection and Response (XDR); Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR); Security Operation Center Management; Identity and Access Management; Cloud Infrastructure; Cloud Security; Data Security; Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Security Operations, Cloud Security, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GSEC. 

    Responsibilities

    • You will drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor and provide feedback and insights from customers/partners and be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap. 
    • You will land an end-to-end value prop for Security (i.e., Zero Trust) which spans the breadth of Microsoft Security offerings, and with focus on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management and Cloud Security. 
    • You will support customers through the adoption lifecycle, through planning, adoption, deployment and optimization as you support increasing drive of Microsoft security products utilization as you lead technical solutioning and nurturing across the customer journey.  
    • You will deliver technical presentations & demos and propose high-level solutions and work with key Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment & customer adoption Identify cross sell/upsell/Unified opportunities through customer engagement. 
    • You will align your individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals and accelerate customer outcomes - Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes.  
    • Run Architectural Design Session to build a plan for implementing the solution – governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment.  Outcome is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production. 
    • Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders including FastTrack, partner, and Microsoft Consulting in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.

    Integrated Marketing Manager

    Required Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience.
    • Experience working in regional cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to coordinate efforts, manage dependencies, and align goals across diverse functions and cultures.

    Responsibilities

    • Integrated Marketing Planning: You will define the local solution area marketing plan that leverages regional strategy, execution frameworks and marketing technology to drive business priorities via local marketing engines (e.g., digital, social, email, events). You align marketing tactics to marketing objectives (e.g., acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) focused on outcomes and relevant metrics. Bringing deep knowledge about the local market and expertise to the marketing plan. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to align the local Marketing plan to strategy, capabilities, and engines. You will embrace and land the EMEA regional scale programs with impact in your market and ensure local business priorities are being addressed in your marketing plan. You will gather and share internal and external feedback about the quality of the plan.
    • Integrated Marketing Execution: You will develop, land and optimize the solution area marketing plan based on insights from customer targeting, segmentation tools and various metrics and local-market knowledge, continually updating and improving customer experiences (e.g., optimizing segments, spend, performance, improving digital channels). You ensure all plans adhere to critical company policies such as privacy, accessibility, compliance and brand.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Management: You embrace a data-driven marketing culture and will use data-driven insights leveraging available tools and dashboards to optimize marketing strategy and delivery. You evangelize the marketing impact in your subsidiary and provide recommendations back to the EMEA CSA team and Centre of Excellence teams for improvement. You inspire sellers and leaders to act on marketing signals and marketing data to build and progress pipeline. You proactively develop strategic responses based on data to specific market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and/or trends.
    • Budget Management –You are accountable for the solution area integrated marketing budget for your subsidiary, ensuring adherence to budget principles, quarterly seasonality spend guidelines and compliance standards.

    Data Center Technician

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components AND relevant experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.

    While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven tarck record in supporting IT equipment or related technology.
    • Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).

    Responsibilities

    • Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures, quickly identifies the cause(s) of issues, and replaces faulty components with minimal customer and business disruption.
    • Performs post-execution quality checks and verifies that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned Network Design Tasks (NDTs).
    • Decommissions hardware for simple changes and refreshes (e.g., memory upgrades, rebuilds) following standard procedures with minimal guidance.
    • Follows procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Microsoft data center operations management units, Technician Leads, and engineering specialists.
    • Assists and provides guidance to other technicians to complete challenging or complex tasks.
    • Completes required training aligned to the role and workload; observes more experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and relevant on-the-job training.
    • Contributes to a positive and effective team environment by sharing information with others, contributing to regular team meetings, asking questions, and staying apprised of the status of others' work.
    • Has pride and a sense of accountability for the service quality, completeness, and resulting user experience; displays accountability and ownership of the data center facilities.

    MEA Solution Area Lead - Cloud & AI: Data

    Qualifications

    • 12+ years of experience in technical leadership, customer success, or solution architecture.
    • Deep expertise in Azure Data workloads.
    • Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams and land complex strategies across diverse geographies.
    • Experience in MEA markets and customer engagement models is a strong advantage.

    Cloud & AI Solution Engineer - Software, Development Tools and AI

    Required Qualifications (RQs) 

    • 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience  
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience  
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience  
    • OR equivalent experience 
    • Experience engaging enterprise development teams, including developers, architects, and technical decision makers. 
    • Proficiency in modern languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, or Java, and frameworks such as .NET, Node.js, or React. 
    • Hands-on expertise with GitHub, Visual Studio Code, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering (e.g., observability, security, performance). 
    • Proven ability to lead technical engagements (e.g., hackathons, PoCs, MVPs) that drive production-scale outcomes. 

    Preferred Qualifications (PQs) 

    • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience 
    • OR equivalent experience 
    • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management 
    • Experience with cloud-native development: APIs, containers, microservices, event-driven design. 
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), low-code/pro-code platforms, and Azure AI. 
    • Ability to shape technical strategy through thought leadership and community engagement. 
    • Experience aligning technical solutions with business goals in collaboration with sales and partners. 

    Responsibilities

    • Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments. 
    • Lead hands-on engagements—hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops—to accelerate adoption of Microsoft’s developer tools and cloud platforms. 
    • Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leads as well as AI decision makers to co-designing secure, scalable architectures and solutions 
    • Resolve technical blockers and objections, collaborating with engineering to share insights and improve products. 
    • Maintain deep expertise in GitHub, Visual Studio, AI-assisted dev tools, Foundry SDK, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development (APIs, containers, microservices). 
    • Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums
