Purpose Statement

• To provide end-user technology support to all users (clients) at Campus, Branches, Regional Offices and roaming users of Capitec Bank (responsible for all geographic regions). 
• To assume responsibility for the repairs of faulty equipment and logging of incidents with vendors / suppliers, and propose solutions to prevent incidents from re-occurring.

Experience

Minimum:

• 3 - 5 Years’ experience in a corporate technical support environment
• 3 Years knowledge related to Microsoft hardware and software technology
• 1-2 years knowledge of Azure fundamentals, including a completed AZ900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate 
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic principles and troubleshooting
• Client relationship management practices and principles 
• A+/N+ certificate 

Dependent on the business requirement the specified experience may be subject to change.

Ideal:

• 5+ Years’ experience in an IT operational environment of which 3 years should be experience in a Banking environment 
• Vendor relationships and management

About the role

• This role is focused on delivering a world-class client experience for Capitec clients by executing activities across the entire CX scope.
• You'll be responsible for developing client insights through primary research and data analysis, which will inform the design and optimization of the client experience throughout the product value chain. Leveraging these insights, you'll craft user personas, design client journey maps, and develop effective client communication to enhance the overall servicing experience.

Key Performance Areas

Promote CX standards

• Provide input into the development and implementation of CX standards.
• Promote CX standards during interactions with stakeholders.

Client insights

• Conduct primary research into clients’ needs as they relate to various product categories e.g. savings or insurance; and clients’ experiences with Capitec’s products and support channels, using appropriate research methodology.
• Analyse first party client data to create a robust ‘picture’ of the client.

Client journey design

• Leverage client insights to craft user personas that will inform client journey design.
• Develop clear client-first problem statements to inform the client journey design.

Measurement and evaluation

• Conduct CX reviews of client journeys to identify gaps in the experience/opportunities to elevate the experience.
• Effectively communicate CX review feedback to product/servicing stakeholders and drive recommendations.

• The Payments team oversees all payment products, including both Card and Electronic Payments. This encompasses the entire payments landscape, covering systems, processing, and business aspects.
• Within this framework, the Payments Data Strategy team is dedicated to managing all data-related activities. Our focus areas include data strategy, forecasting and predictive modeling, insights and business analysis, as well as monitoring and reporting.
