    Registered Nurse Surgical Ward

    Minimum Qualification and Experience:

    • Nursing degree / diploma.
    • Current registration with South African Nursing Council.
    • BLS qualification.
    • Previous experience in a Surgical ward is essential.
    • Previous experience in a private hospital environment advantageous.
    • Computer proficiency advantageous.

    Medical Officer

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • MBChB/MBBCh or equivalent Degree.
    • Registration with HPCSA as a medical practitioner in Independent Practice.
    • 5 Years post registration in  Independent Practice with the HPCSA.

    Job Summary

    Group Employment Relations Specialist

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Law.
    • 5-7 years’ experience.
    • Experience working with unions, employee representatives, and various stakeholder groups is beneficial.
    • Experience in collective bargaining and union regulations.

    Minimum work experience:

    Patient Services Manager

    Job summary:

    • To plan, organize and execute the revenue cycle management at a hospital facility. The incumbent manages a team of specialist that contribute to hospital finances through accurate billing and risk mitigation processes.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    Credit Controller

    Job Requirements:

    • Grade 12.
    • Credit Administration or Credit Management Diploma.
    • Basic bookkeeping or accounting qualification advantageous.
    • 2+ years’ experience in collections/ credit control environment.

    • Ensure hospitals have provided feedback alternatively follow up on outstanding issues until resolution achieved – escalate to Collections Manager were assistance is
    • Liaise with legal representatives regarding outstanding accounts / bad debt, where applicable.
    • Access Medical Scheme websites (where applicable) to monitor monies paid v outstanding and update SAP system as required
    • Contact Medical Schemes to obtain outstanding remittance and address over-payments and short-payments.
    • Contact private patients to follow up on outstanding payments or payments to be made daily prior to
    • Follow up on payment of monies due from patients if Medical Scheme Benefit Limits have been
    • Review and understand age analysis in terms of managing debtors’
    • For COID, daily contact required with COID in terms of meeting submission requirements (i.e. all required documentation is available and submitted) and regarding outstanding payments.

    Pharmacy Stock Controller

    Job Summary:

    • The Stock controller will accept full responsibility and accountability for the control of stock, including but not limited to, auditing, counting, reconciling, replenishing, ordering, issuing, an condemning.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant
    • Post Matric Qualification in Auditing, Business related, Pharmacy related course.
    • Knowledge and experience of a pharmaceutical stock control system, consignment stock, theatre stock.
    • 1 – 2 years’ experience in stock control, preferably in a hospital environment.
    • Computer proficiency – SAP or similar.
    • Administrative support in a hospital environment would be advantageous

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Assist the theatre with maintaining optimal stock levels and stock availability by compiling of order according to minimum and maximum stock levels.
    • Perform cyclic stock counts to minimize stock loss and to ensure rotation of stock.
    • Take responsibility for barcoding and packing of surgical items.
    • Pick and capture stock to be issued to theatre and wards / units and capture stock transfers from other hospitals.
    • Sign off credit slips after being reconciled by the Data Capture and capture invoices during the Data capturer’s absence.
