    Property and Maintenance Clerk -JHB

    Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

    • Managing suppliers
    • Suppliers follow ups
    • Ensure suppliers deliver on due dates
    • Facilitate meetings with suppliers
    • Preparing projects/maintenance/facilities reports
    • Maintain projects/maintenance/facilities schedule. Ensure outstanding takes of a projects/maintenance/facilities are resolved timeously
    • Ensure projects/maintenance/facilities are executed on a due date
    • Keep management updated on the active projects/maintenance/facilities
    • Obtain costs tracking sheets from suppliers during a projects/maintenance/facility and present to management on a regular basis
    • Ensure all staff from Footgear and suppliers are on the same page before a projects/maintenance/facility starts
    • Ensure projects/maintenance/facilities cost spend are in line with budget
    • Regular and realistic site visits per projects/maintenance/facilities are done
    • Cost forecasting for a projects/maintenance/facility and present to management
    • Make a decision if a projects/maintenance/facilities deadline will not be met and inform management
    • Consult with stake holders

    Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • A relevant Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage
    • Excellent planning and organisational skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Relevant experience will be an added advantage
    • Long hours and over time will be required from time to time
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Business Management N6 TVET Internship Program- JHB

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Be in possession of an N6 Certificate in (Course)

    Internship Programme: Human Resource Management N6 TVET

    Description

    • This program aims at exposing unemployed young N6 graduates to workplace practices for a duration of 18 months in order to maximize their chances of being employed and to obtain their National Diploma. During your internship with us you will get to work with a young, driven, supportive team in a fun, friendly and professional environment.
    • You can expect excellent mentorship, great leadership and overall exposure in the department. You will be working on a variety of projects within the department that gives a kickstart to your career.

    • The N6 graduate will be paid a stipend of R3 000.00 per month.
