    Data Coordinator - Corporate Services

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Activating of stock and stock adjustments
    • Maintaining of nappi codes, stock description codes and stock combination lists
    • Identifying trends & investigating  of trends, risks &  problems
    • Maintaining tariff lists and getting tariff info from the funds
    • Coordinating medical aid contracts with funds
    • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of walkouts, ages, stock (dashboards)
    • Reconciling of receipts & bank statements.
    • Capitation and Health ID reconciliation and billing

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Degree/Diploma in Accounting
    • 2-3 years administration experience in the Finance & Inventory environment
    • Intermediate MS Excel skills
    • Previous medical industry experience advantageous
    • Customer focused but able to be assertive when necessary
    • High level of accuracy required
    • Knowledge of GoodX / AS400 systems advantageous
    • Advanced level of computer literacy
    • Strong financial acumen, ability to do reconciliations and complex calculations
    • Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)

    Clinical Associate (Online Health Service) - Digital Services (Part-time)

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Conduct online patient assessments, including gathering medical histories and other relevant information.
    • Work under the supervision of medical doctors to evaluate and diagnose patients online.
    • Consult with patients online to prescribe treatments, medications, referral documentation and education as required and within scope of practice.
    • Provide patient education on health conditions, treatment options, self-care practices, medication use, lifestyle changes, and preventive healthcare measures.

    • Experience in the primary care setting and/or delivery of telehealth services will be an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis and management of common primary care conditions and telehealth best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Registered Nurse (Ward) - Hazeldean Day Hospital

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Perform clinical rounds with doctors.
    • Be responsible and accountable for the physical, social and emotional care of all patients allocated to you on any shift.

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Be familiar with the rules of the funders.
    • Ensure all accounts and short payments are followed up on after processing of remittances.
    • Remittance advices are reconciled accurately.
    • Manage the age analysis to ensure accounts are paid promptly.
    • Ensure only valid accounts are handed over to collection department for collection.
    • Ensure all write offs are in line with Company Policy and Procedure.
    • Be able to handle all patients and practice related queries in a professional manner, within required time frame.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum: Grade 12
    • Finance related qualification will be advantageous
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a debtor’s environment processing medical accounts advantageous

    Dental Receptionist (Registered Dental Assistant) - Woodhill

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
     

    • Provide efficient, friendly and professional telephone services in patient care.
    • Assist patients in accurately completing appropriate forms, and document all information in accordance to internal policies and procedures.
