    Site Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Ensure site safety and compliance

    • Take responsibility for site safety as appointed 16.2 of the site
    • Maintain and improve safety culture, procedures, and KPIs; lead risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with local legislation, client requirements, and company policies.

    Lead the frontline team

    • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain supervisors and warehouse operatives; set clear performance expectations and deliver regular feedback.
    • Build a high‑performing, accountable team through training, shift planning, and workforce optimisation.

    ​​​​​​​Deliver operational excellence

    • Oversee inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, replenishment, returns, and inventory control to meet contractual Service Level Agreements.
    • Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives, Lean practices, and productivity programs.
    • Ensure accurate inventory, timely cycle counts, and root cause resolution for variances.

    ​​​​​​​Own site financial performance

    • Take full responsibility for the site P&L, cost control, budget preparation, and margin improvement.
    • Monitor labour, transport, and overhead costs; propose and implement cost saving measures without compromising service quality.

    ​​​​​​​Customer engagement and contract delivery

    • Serve as primary onsite contact for assigned clients; manage expectations, performance reviews, and contract compliance.
    • Proactively resolve issues, lead client onboarding and change requests, and identify opportunities to grow business.

    ​​​​​​​Systems and reporting

    • Ensure effective use of Warehouse Management Systems and operational technology; drive accurate data capture and timely reporting.
    • Produce and present weekly/monthly performance reports, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement actions.

    ​​​​​​​Key Performance Indicators

    • Safety: LTIFR, near miss reporting, corrective action closure rate
    • Service: On‑time in‑full, order accuracy, dock-to-stock lead times
    • Financial: Site EBITDA, labour cost per order, storage yield
    • Operational: Inventory accuracy, productivity per FTE, shrinkage rate
    • Customer: Client satisfaction / NPS, SLA compliance, retention metrics

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Someone with:

    • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role in warehouse operations within 3PL or contract logistics.
    • Demonstrable P&L experience preferred.
    • Strong experience with multi‑client environments and WMS implementations.
    • Matric (Grade 12) required; tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management preferred.

    Logistics Inventory & Compliance Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Inventory Management: 

    • Oversee and manage daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. 
    • Ensure proper labelling, storage, and documentation of inventory items. 
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory records with financial statements. 
    • Conduct regular audits and stock counts, including quarterly wall-to-wall counts and daily cycle counts. 
    • Identify and address inventory discrepancies, taking corrective action as necessary. 
    • Implement and maintain inventory management procedures and policies. 
    • Develop and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure stock accuracy and availability. 
    • Monitor inventory levels and report back on out of stock and overstocking risks.
    • Ensure strict FEFO management at all times through regular aging stock reporting and audits
    • Manage batch control and stock expiry risks within the warehouse.
    • Ensure system to system alignment between WMS and customer ERP.
    • Oversee regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.  
    • Analyze inventory data and generate regular reports for management. 

    Warehouse Operations: 

    • Coordinate with Warehouse management to ensure accurate receiving and dispatching. 
    • Ensure inventory is properly stored in designated locations based on size, weight, and fragility. 
    • Monitor and optimize storage space, consolidating inventory where necessary to free up space. 
    • Conduct regular inspections of aisles for damaged stock, locations, and packaging issues.

    • System Management: 
    • Implement and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline inventory processes. 
    • Ensure all personnel are trained and proficient in using the WMS. 
    • Regularly review and update WMS data to ensure accuracy. 
    • Utilize WMS to generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies. 

    Reporting and Analysis: 

    • Generate and analyze inventory reports, including stock aging reports and process improvement logs. 
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to the Site Manager, the Customer and other relevant stakeholders. 
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, such as stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and damage rates.

    • Compliance and Safety: 
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to inventory management. 
    • Implement and enforce health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) protocols within the warehouse. 
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards in inventory management.

    • Team Leadership: 
    • Lead and mentor the inventory management team, including cycle counters and inventory control staff. 
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities. 
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team. 

    ​​​​​​​WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Someone with:

    • Relevant qualifications in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in quality management within warehousing, logistics, or FMCG sectors; experience with tobacco customers is highly advantageous.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Certification in ISO 9001 standard, Six Sigma, or similar quality frameworks is a plus.

    Procurement Analyst (Logistics & Services)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Day-to-Day Procurement Activities: Manage procurement activities professionally with leadership support to ensure every dollar is well spent.
    • Market Engagement: Conduct supplier market analysis and gather market intelligence.

    Customs House Brokerage – Quality Assurer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Determine correct and compliant HS code classifications for all customs declarations.
    • Quality check all types of customs declarations processed through the CHB execution department.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set out by relevant authorities.

    Warehouse Supervisor

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise and coordinate all inbound activities, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
    • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
    • Oversee unloading of containers, factory shunt and STO trucks and proper documentation of received stock.

    Customer Implementation Manager - MCL SAI

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Project Organisation and Planning

    • Develop a clear Project Charter for approval with an understanding of the Customers / Internal needs for each Project based on the Solutions signed off by the Customer / internal stakeholders in part of the Oppportunity win or any other assigned projects
    • Drive the on-site setup and establish key operational processes readiness before Operations Go Live with internal stakeholders and Customers. It includes storage solution setup, WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS, WCS, Busines Requirements, Procurement, Testing, Recruitment, external vendors and Operational KPI activies.
