    Projects Administrator (Gormia's)

    Job Overview

    • The Projects Administrator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of operational and retail projects within Gorimas. This role ensures projects—such as new store launches, store improvements, in house projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Coordination

    • Assist in planning and tracking all projects
    • Maintain project schedules, task lists, and documentation.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
    • Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays to management.
    • Breaking down large projects into actionable tasks, assisting with project plans, and setting timelines.
    • Identifying and reporting potential issues or risks to the project manager to keep the project on track.

    Administrative Support

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.
    • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
    • Handle project-related correspondence and meeting notes.
    • Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking for projects.
    • Monitor expenditure, tracking expenses and assisting the Project Manager with Budget forecasting.
    • Organizing meetings, taking minutes, managing calendars and tracking key milestones.

    Retail & Operations Support

    • Liaise with service providers for quotations, pricing, lead times, and deliveries.
    • Assist with inventory-related projects.
    • Support launches and compliance documentation.
    • Help coordinate movements in-store via internal stakeholders.
    • Communication & Coordination
    • Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries.
    • Communicate timelines and expectations clearly across teams.
    • Support training coordination for new processes or products.
    • Acting as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Degree or Qualification in Project Management or Administration.
    • Proven experience in an administrative or project support role (retail or food industry preferred).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; project tools, will be advantageous.
    • Interest in food, spices, or specialty retail is highly desirable.

    Marketing Intern (Lead HR Consulting)

    Job description

    • Lead HR Consulting is looking for a Marketing Intern who will assist in supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that promote the organization’s brand, products, and services.
    • The intern will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaign coordination, while contributing to achieving the organization’s marketing and business objectives.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Conduct social media marketing research on AI, Robotics, and Future Skills.
    • Brainstorm and research innovative ideas for robotic competitions and marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in managing robotic club social media campaigns, including presentations, live school demonstrations, and competitions.
    • Research, create, and distribute content such as blogs, videos, press releases, and infographics across social media and traditional media platforms, focusing on AI, Robotics, QTCO qualifications, and future skills.
    • Develop weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands across various social media platforms.
    • Monitor and analyse social media engagement to identify high-performing content and scalable campaigns.
    • Support the marketing team in securing sponsorships and coordinating fundraising events.
    • Respond to comments, direct messages, and website enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Write compelling social media captions aligned with the company’s target audience.
    • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase audience engagement.
    • Support photo and video content shoots.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma/ Degree in Marketing

    Competencies:

    • Basic content writing and caption-writing ability.
