Responsibilities

• Market Property24 products and establish a strong brand and product presence
• Create and manage a sales pipeline in combination with calling programme
• Build relationships with existing and new customers
• Reaching individual sales targets

Requirements

• 2 to 3 Years’ sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills
• Self-motivator
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Persuasiveness and selling ability
• Strong achievement orientation
• Self-discipline

Remuneration

• Market related basic salary plus monthly commission

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience with modern GIS systems
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
• The ability to interact with 3rd parties to gather information
• Skills to recognize opportunities within datasets
• Experience implementing solutions to geo-spatial problems
• Strong time management skills
• Experience maintaining geographic information
• Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• The ability to think proactively
• Experience with ad-hoc operational tasks and projects
• Proficiency in SQL
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must live in Cape Tow - in office position
