• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and theatre procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• BTech. /BSc / B Eng in Mechanical Engineering 
• 5+ years consulting experience in building services
• Professional Registration with ECSA - Pr.Eng / PrTechEng 
• Detail design of fire systems and to ensure that the design complies with Regulations, Codes of Practice, statutory requirements, including NFPA, BS, SANS and ASIB experience
• Fire risk analysis experience

• Minimum 3 years in the role of BIM Coordinator for Architectural stages 1 to 5.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working for an architectural company/firm
• Proficient in using Autodesk Revit ,Autodesk AutoCAD , Autodesk Build Collaborate Pro , BIM 360 and Navisworks
• Able to implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across various projects, through the project lifecycle.
