CCTV Senior Technician - Pretoria at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and related equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure systems are fully operational.
• Diagnose technical faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of cameras and equipment.
• Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements

• Technical and Supplier Training
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications
• Proficiency in mathematics
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Effective time management and self-management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Initiative and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Fluency in Afrikaans (Non-negotiable)
