    Key Account Manager: ABInBev

    GENERAL SCOPE

    • Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.

    Senior Account Manager - ABInBev

    Quality Specialist

    • For corporate and regional strategic accounts, accountable for driving support to customers to aid in exceeding micro targets:
    • Tracking of weekly micro data
    • Tracking closure and escalation on Diversey and site actions
    • Deploying our sector specialists to areas where validations are required, and problem solving needed
    • Drive updates in the weekly micro problemsolving sessions on behalf of Diversey
    • Customer governance meetings  Monthly dashboard overview on quality support (micro performance with key callouts on Diversey actions and where support is needed)
    • For corporate and regional strategic accounts, where micro results are above target, accountable maintaining this performance through the above actions in collaboration with our sector specialists
    • Regular travel will be required
    • Good communication skills / Engagement with the commercial team and customer
    • Good presentation and report writing skills

    Utilities Operations Specialist

    • Ensure that the correct Diversey products are used in each water treatment application on site
    • Check suitability of chemistry for application
    • Check suitability of chemistry against the equipment material of construction
    • Ensure that products are being dosed at the correct concentration (guide sitebased team on testing methodology for products)
    • Ensure that the correct dosing philosophy is applied
    • Ensure that the sitebased team are tracking the correct process KPIs to measure efficacy and efficiency of the process
    • If there are gaps with any of the above, work together with the commercial and TCS team to ensure urgent closure of actions
    • Check weekly reports from the sites to ensure we are tracking well on water treatment applications
    • If anomalies are picked up on water treatment results
    • Support with site audits to drive problem solving
    • Engage with customer and Diversey sitebased team on observations and detailed recommendations
    • Track action closure
    • Undertake routine audits for water treatment processes with the following key objectives:
    • Improve efficacy
    • Improve efficiency
    • Drive sustainability
    • Identify new opportunities for application of Diversey products to support in achieving annual AOP targets
    • Audit reports will be required 3 days post each audit (unless specified otherwise)
    • If there are multiple tenders/new business opportunities at the same time, our full specialist team will need to be deployed to support the process by:
    •  Going to different sites with a team to audit the tender scope (focus on hygiene solutions: CIP. OPC, etc)
    • Propose Diversey products with recommended consumptions (as per best practice – training and engagement with our regional and global specialists will be needed)
    • Identify projects that can support the site in reduction of cost, improve micro, and drive sustainability (which can be included in the tender proposal)
    • Engage with stakeholders on site to understand their pain points to inform the solutions we propose
    • Timelines will be as per the tender or specified requirements
    • Good communication skills / Engagement with the commercial team and customer
    • Good presentation and report writing skills
    • Excellent numerical and excel skills
    • Active listening skills
    • Having a mindset on adding value and being customer centric

    Water Reduction Specialist

    Undertake audits for processes that utilize our products with the following key objectives:

    • Reduce water without compromising efficacy (quality  micro)
    • Identify opportunities to recover and reuse water
    • Work together with the TCS team to fully scope solutions aimed at water reduction for customers
    • Audit reports will be required 3 days post each audit (unless specified otherwise)
    • Engage with stakeholders on site to understand their pain points and focus areas when it comes to water intensity
    • Aquacheck is part of our Knowledge Based Services (KBS) Offering. This is a water balance across the site with specialized technology. This comprehensive water audit will support to identify opportunities to save, recover and reuse water. Some customers procure the Aquacheck, and some include it as part of the contract scope:
    •  Drive the Aquacheck process (Training will be undertaken)
    • Compile and present recommendations to the customer
    • Track progress on water reduction
