    Admin Clerk

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • To handle administrative duties associated with Paarl Cluster
    • Management of workshop consumables as needed.
    • Ordering of spares and parts as needed.
    • Day to day administration of activities in workshop
    • Maintain PM master data when requested.
    • Create requisitions for all maintenance related requests.
    • Create requisition for all approved CAPEX and Abnormal Maintenance Requests for the Paarl Cluster
    • Create job cards and do monthly reports.
    • Assist with the completion of annual budgets.
    • Assist with capturing of budget information on SAP system.
    • Assist in Audit Process
    • Conducts full stock take.
    • Ad hoc duties and projects

    Requirements

    • Minimum Grade 12 qualification and qualification in accounting (advantageous)
    • 3-5 years relevant working experience within a Maintenance environment
    • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
    • Operational finance experience
    • Competent in the use of SAP and Coupa

    Sales Representative Potchefstroom

    Purpose of the Job:

    • To sell and promote Heineken Beverages' Brand portfolio by creating brand awareness and building brands in line with strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers. Achieve monthly sales targets through new business and upselling current customers.
    • Use data to inform customers’ understanding of which products can help them reach their goals and how to achieve this.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.

    Job Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry training and certifications are an advantage.
    • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience
    • Relevant experience within the Alcoholic Beverage or broader FMCG industry would be preferable.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Numerical and business acumen experience
    • High levels of energy, persistence, drive as well as a sense of urgency.
    • The ability to work optimally in a high performance and competitive environment.
    • Ability to plan realistically and take action to deliver on time.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    Shift Artisan

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintaining machinery and equipment on the site per required to be standard.
    • Maintaining and repairing site equipment and building maintenance.
    • Attend plumbing, carpentry/welding, building, plastering and tiling.
    • Adherence to Planned and Preventative maintenance schedules
    • Improving OPI NONA (overall equipment efficiency) on all production lines.
    • Reduce unplanned downtime
    • Health and Safety supervision of machinery, equipment and working environment
    • Compliance with OHS Act.
    • Provide an effective Engineering service to the Production department
    • Perform administrative tasks (job cards, quality check sheets, etc.)
    • Perform stand-in duties
    • Participating in TPM empowering excellence.

    The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

    • N3-N6 equivalent with Trade Certificate - Fitter and / or Turner, Mechanical Engineering
    • N3 trade test certificate, in cabinet making.
    • Grade 12 or Mechanical/Electrical NTC3 qualification.
    • Full N2 trade theory completed
    • Experience in a high speed, high-tech bottling operation will be advantageous
    • Completed apprenticeship with recognized Institution i.e., was registered as an apprentice
    • More than 2-3 years relevant practical experience
    • Ability to work under pressure and display good attention to detail
    • Proven ability in problem solving and knowledge of the various problem-solving methods
    • Must be self-motivated, innovative and able to work without or limited supervision
    • To reflect good leadership behaviour - towards colleagues, superior and company values
    • Must be willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required.
    • Team player, drive, initiative and make things happen and a difference
    • Independent, hands-on passion for work.
