    Manager (Admin)

    Job Summary:

    • The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions, underwriting processes, and claims handling within the organisation.
    • This role involves ensuring efficient operations, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and providing leadership to the administrative, underwriting, and claims teams.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
    • Manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure optimal allocation of resources
    • Coordinate with other departments to support organisational goals and objectives
    • Oversee the underwriting process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk assessment standards
    • Develop and review underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures
    • Monitor underwriting performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Ensure proper training and development of underwriting staff
    • Manage the claims process, ensuring timely and fair resolution of claims
    • Develop and enforce claims handling procedures and policies
    • Monitor claims metrics and implement improvements to reduce loss ratios and enhance customer satisfaction
    • Oversee complex and high-value claims, providing expertise and guidance as needed
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the administrative, underwriting, and claims teams

    • Ensure ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • FAIS accreditation as per the FSCA requirements
    • RE certificate
    • Minimum 5 years' short term insurance experience
    • Minimum 5 years’ commercial insurance experience
    • Minimum 2 years' management or Team Leader experience
    • Proven experience in a leadership role with strong management and team development skills
    • In-depth knowledge of underwriting processes, claims handling, and insurance regulations
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

    Manager (Marketing Operations)

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Manage quotations, orders, invoicing, and payments for internal and/or external promotional items, gifts, and branded materials
    • Ensure that the division stays on top of new promotional trends and ensure branding Is done according to the company’s Corporate Identity
    • Manage marketing materials for events, including setup, allocation, inspections, and item distribution
    • Oversee sponsorship applications, logistics, payments, and promotional item distribution
    • Manage Marketing Officer and – Clerks, as well as their schedules
    • Coordinate Social and Economic Development initiatives, administrative reporting, and BEE compliance (using BEE 123)
    • Plan and manage corporate events, golf days, and activations, including budgeting, venue booking, décor, catering, and team coordination
    • Ensure collaboration between all TWK divisions for events and sponsorships
    • Attend and represent TWK at corporate and sponsored events 

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
    • 3-5 years’ in marketing operations, promotions, sponsorships, or event management
    • Experience in branding coordination, invoicing, and marketing logistics
    • Strong understanding of BEE compliance and ESG sponsorships
    • Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and budgeting
    • Excellent skills in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and sponsorship negotiation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Experience with marketing tools and platforms
    • Knowledge of branding and promotional material development
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for branding and design

    Manager (Communications)

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Develop marketing materials, signage, vehicle branding, and digital and/or print assets
    • Plan and design stationery, long-service certificates, gift vouchers (long-service, EEOTY), and internal publications (Radius, Newsletter)
    • Design static and motion graphics for departments and internal communications
    • Write and manage engaging social media content, ensuring proper posting, distribution, and audience engagement
    • Monitor, respond to inquiries, and analyse social media performance for optimisation
    • Maintain and update the company website, Intranet, Customer Portal, and internal monitors
    • Source and compile articles for the Radius, ensure relevant and engaging content, manage the magazine's layout, design, and overall presentation, and oversee Radius magazine distribution (local & courier)
    • Draft and send internal communications via email, intranet, and Jem
    • Oversee business cards, printing, laminating, and corporate photo wall updates
    • Manage year reports, ensuring accurate design and content
    • Take responsibility for corporate branding, including signage and farm entrance boards

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
    • 3-5 years’ in corporate communications, marketing, or social media management
    • Experience in graphic design and content creation
    • Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies
    • Website and intranet management experience is an advantage
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Creativity and innovation in branding and design
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Design marketing materials, signage, vehicle branding, and digital and/or print assets (pamphlets, booklets, brochures)
    • Plan annual stationery and create framed long-service certificates and gift vouchers for Employees’ employee of the year
    • Assist with Radius magazine, newsletters, and department graphics (static/motion)
    • Write, schedule, and post engaging social media content while monitoring and responding to interactions
    • Track and analyse social media performance to optimise engagement
    • Maintain and update the company website
    • Collaborate with departments on social media campaigns

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or a related field
    • 2 – 4 years’ experience in graphic design, branding and social media marketing
    • Experience in digital and print media design
    • Familiarity with corporate branding and promotional material creation
    • Experience with social media management and content planning
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Solution (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
    • Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.)
    • Website maintenance experience (WordPress or similar CMS)
    • Strong creativity and attention to detail
