    Temp Fica Administrator

    Job Description:

    • Email requirements to Dealers and Wholesalers and then call to follow up with them for the required information.
    • To contact Dealers and Wholesalers active on the We Buy Cars buying platform to obtain their Business and Personal FICA Compliance Documents and to upload them onto Nexus.
    • To update the Dealers and Wholesalers Account on Nexus with the updated information obtained and to confirm that they are FICA Compliant.

      Manual Process

    • Downloading documents to a central folder and saving them with a unique name/number to match that of the Dealer or Wholesaler
    • Email Batches of Dealers daily and mark a follow up for 3 days
    • Manage documents received in the central mailbox
    • Print out saved Documents (if necessary) or attach certain documents to the dealers’ profiles
    • Check documents are FICA compliant
    • Compile a Dealer Info Pack with requested documents (Check List provided)
    • Update Dealers profile on Nexus and Attach documents that can be attached.
    • File Dealer Pack Alphabetically in Lever Arch Files
    • Mark Dealer or Wholesaler as FICA Compliant and change the Risk Rating

    Online Process

    • Using Compiled Dealer Info Pack
    • Scan documents to upload to Nexus
    • Uploading individual documents to the Dealer Profile in their respective categories
    • Mark the Dealer as FICA Compliant and change the Risk Rating on Nexus

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • 1 Year Administration/Compliance/Project Management Experience
    • Attention to Detail, Methodical
    • Ability to work under pressure and independently
    • Good Computer and Telephone Skills
    • Knowledge of FICA and FAIS requirements
