    Job Summary

    • This role involves supporting grain intake, grading, and dispatch operations while undergoing on-the-job training to become a fully qualified Grain Grader. The trainee will assist with quality control, administrative tasks, and operational processes to ensure that grain handling complies with industry standards, food safety requirements, and company procedures.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assist with raw material handling during grain intake and dispatch
    • Support grain grading activities under supervision
    • Assist with weighbridge operations and record keeping
    • Maintain hygiene, infestation control, and cleanliness standards
    • Support Quality Management Systems and food safety practices
    • Perform basic administrative duties, including filing and data capturing
    • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
    • Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Driver’s License (Code 8)
    • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Basic administrative skills, including filing and record management
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and farmers
    • Willingness to work overtime as required

    Job Description

    • TWK Agri, with its Head Office in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, is seeking dynamic and self‑motivated 2024/2025 graduates to apply for a Graduate position within the Human Resources Department.
    • This opportunity is ideal for graduates who are interested in Human Resources, people management, and organisational development, and who wish to gain practical, structured HR experience within a reputable and established organisation.

    Position Overview

    • The successful candidate will be placed within the Human Resources Department, based on operational requirements and the graduate’s qualification background. The role will provide exposure to core HR functions across the business.
    • The graduate will mainly support Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Performance Management processes, while gaining hands‑on experience in the utilisation of HR systems and HR administration. Structured training and mentorship will form part of the Graduate Placement Programme.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records
    • Supporting onboarding activities and general HR administration
    • Assisting with training and development coordination, including training records and skills development administration
    • Supporting performance management processes, including documentation, tracking, and reporting
    • Capturing, updating, and maintaining employee information on HR systems
    • Assisting with adhoc HR reports and projects
    • Supporting compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
    • Assisting with employee communication and HR query management
    • Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team
    • Participating in structured training, mentorship, and assessments as part of the graduate programme

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • A University Degree obtained in 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related)
    • Strong interest in Human Resources and people‑focused work
    • Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, etc)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
    • Basic administrative skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to learn and adapt within a structured HR environment

    Job Summary

    • This role provides administrative support within the Medical Aid department, focusing on claims processing, hospital authorisations, client queries, and data capturing.     Job Summary

    • This role involves the accurate processing of payroll and related reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
    • Maintain and update payroll records, including timesheets, allowances, deductions, and employee changes
    • Process monthly payroll inputs, reconciliations, and submissions
    • Administer Provident Fund processes in line with legislation
    • Support employee lifecycle administration, including appointments, transfers, and terminations
    • Address payroll queries and discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
    • Liaise with operational points to ensure timely and accurate payroll information
    • Assist with reporting requirements and ensure deadlines are consistently met
    • Support compliance with relevant legislation and internal HR processes
