We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in the Western Cape that will provide the individuals with paid learning opportunities. The successful intern will experience first hand what is it like to work within a global reneable energy environment and gain invaluable industry knowledge and opportunies.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administrative assistance for the department [ Technical requistions, weekly call rosters, invoice processing etc]
• Data managemeny and filing
• Management of project trackers [Lead capturing]
• Taking action points and writing minutes
• Collation of technical documentation for electronic filing
• Formatting energy audit and profiling information
• General assistance to sales, installations and operations personnel
• Other ad hoc requests

Educational

A completed diploma or a degree in Finance or Financial related

Experience

No experience or less than 6 months experience

Skills

• Proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively multi-task daily to meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Position Type: 6 months contract

Salary : Stipend will be provided

Start Date: 1 August 2017
