1 x Treasury Administrator at Rentokil Initial South Africa

Requirements

• To support the Finance Team in delivering accurate reporting as well as meeting profit and operating cash flow targets for South Africa and African markets

KEY WORK OUTPUTS and ACCOUNTABILITY

• Ensure all cashbook entries are timeously captured.
• Review and load weekly and monthly payment batches for Sub-Sahara Africa banks. Ensuring the payments are within the company’s policies.
• Perform Balance sheet recons on Bank accounts and ensure any reconciling items are followed up and resolved with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure Cashflow is maximised by driving the business to spend with approved vendors on payment terms.
• Ensure requested treasury data with respect to internal, external and BEE audits are provided timeously.
• Assist will Bank mandate and credit card management
• Review and management branch petty cash
• Assist the Finance Accountant in ad-hoc duties

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• A relevant degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with all candidates & key stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Microsoft Excel) and Google suite
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Microsoft Navision experience would be beneficial
