Job description

Job Purpose

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager will be responsible for all Apple products sold by Mustek.

Responsibilities

• Target, GP and Customer Breadth targets to be sent out monthly and approved
• Management of appropriate stock within approved ageing days and rotation
• Monthly competitive market SWOT analysis
• Achieve exceptional ratings in client services
• Complete all allocated training
• Learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position
• Drive sales by developing, identifying and securing all relevant sales opportunities
• Effective time management

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Matric or higher (degree an advantage)
• Minimum of 3years experience as a Product Specialist, Product Marketing Manager or similar management position
• Drivers license
• Technical Aptitude pre-requisite
• Passed the SEED ‘B2B Knowledge Check #2’ (online)
• Passed ‘iOS in Enterprise’ and ‘iOS in SMB’ (Classroom based)
• Apple will verify whether Product Manager is able to influence senior decision makers.
