Managing the execution of dispatching activities in accordance with company policies and procedures and ensures appropriate controls, administration and system management are in place
Manage people to achieve high levels of competence, retention, consequences for good or poor performance, attendance, disciplinary, teamwork and alignment with organizational values, objectives and targets
Ensuring that work execution is done in accordance with company policy, procedures, work instructions and risk management system standards e.g. SAP Housekeeping
Initiate, lead and execute cost savings, systems, administration or loss control improvement initiatives
Reconciliation for monthly sales and documentation

Requirements
Grade 12 or Amended Senior Certificate or National Certificate Vocational Level 4 or Technical Matric – N3 (4 technical subjects + 2 official languages)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in related industry
Minimum 1 year experience in managing and leading a team
Experience in managing logistics administration
Good Understanding of Production Systems
Very good understanding and application of SAP
Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental risks
