Job description:

The rollout, implementation and support of tax/accounting related software products; the software Corporate & Desktop editions, VAT compliance and Accounts production.
 
Key accountabilities include:

• Development of expert knowledge of each of the tax and accounting related software products
• Development of expert knowledge of implementation processes
• Implementation and support of the tax and accounting related software products
• Identify and present integrated solutions (products or services) that are aligned with client’s existing products
• Identify problems or issues with software and submit program change requests to development group.  Make recommendations to management and / or development groups on how support or programs can be improved
• Provide post-implementation training and ongoing support to clients for software products with the goal of increasing client renewals and expanding product usage
• Maintenance of training material
• Pre-sales support

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Com or B.Com Informatics degree (Accounting major preferable).
• Motivated, dynamic, self-managing, goal-driven individual, able to operate independently, and under firm pressure
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Must be service oriented and project driven with excellent follow through skills
• Must have strong Accounting skills
• Must be flexible, adaptable and solutions-driven
• Must be able to multi-task
• 5 years’ experience in Accounting/Implementation
• Prince 2 / PMBOK
