Job description

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Compiling of Project Schedules
• Preparing, controlling and managing project budget and expenditure
• Managing project within the specified scope of the contract
• Quality assurance and control
• Managing general project administration
• Managing project team (internal resources and sub-contractors) by structuring roles and responsibilities
• Identifying and alleviating project risks (technical, financial and schedule risks)
• Effective change management
• Ensuring conformance to customer expectations

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should ideally possess a BEng/BSc Engineering Degree or equivalent. In addition, the following are requisite:

• Min 3-5 years Project Management experience
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary projects
• The successful candidate is expected to answer to the following:
• Ability to operate under pressure, must be a fast and accurate worker who is results driven
• Good communication skills
• Good people skills, assertiveness, a pro-active disposition
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• A very strong team player
• Good administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
