Key Performance Areas
The key performance areas could include but will not be curtailed to:

Providing management support to the HR function with a special focus on HR metrics, HR reporting and advanced predictive analytics.

Providing support to the HR management team in identifying business challenges and using data analysis to influence changes to the operations.

Utilising technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse groupwide people -related data and other cross functional data as needed.

Developing reporting templates, HR data templates, dashboards, scorecards, and general and specific HR metrics.

Collaborating with subject matter experts across the entire HR function to provide input to and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.

Fulfilling the key representative roles with external benchmarking and survey organisations.

Implementation of HR projects in line with the groups strategic objectives.
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies
The ideal candidate will:

Be a South African citizen(Mandatory).

Have a relevant graduate qualification appertaining to human capital management or similar field of expertise.
-
At least a three-year related qualification, e.g. a degree or a national higher diploma (mandatory).

Have 5 to 7 years HR data analytics experience.
-
Have extensive HRIS experience.

Have advanced level of proficiency relating to the MS office suite.

Ideally have significant proficiency in the use of data analytical tools.

Have solid experience in advanced and predictive analytics.

Have sound knowledge of all the other human resource disciplines and their interrelationship.

Have a solid understanding and implementation capability in respect of all transformational and transactional components of the human capital value chain.

Have good leadership and management capabilities.
