Job Purpose

Drive operational excellence within all E- Commerce functions within the Furniture Chains in

order to ensure the sustainability, profitability and growth of E-Commerce within the Furniture Chains, ensuring alignment with the Group’s and Furniture Chains’ E- Commerce strategic Objectives.

Key Dials

• Manage, implement and drive the strategies, policies & procedures and daily activities of the Furniture Retail Chains’ E- Commerce platforms to ensure profitability.
• Drive the achievement of E-Commerce operating sales and income budgets for Furniture Retail Chains.
• Drive operational relationships with channel partners and Furniture Retail Chains’ Exco’s.
• Drive risk and compliance standards within the Furniture Retail Chains’ E- Commerce platforms.
• Manage Customer centricity.
• Effective self-management and teamwork.

Education and Experience

• Relevant business related degree with 5+ years retail experience
• 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing and/or E commerce

Required Job Competencies

• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Furniture Retail and Financial Services environment
• Relevant legislation (OHASA, FAIS, CPA, NCA, POPI, Short and Long term Insurance Act etc.)
• Relevant SAP Management Reporting
