Ensures the implementation of the business and sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified region, for the portfolio of a unit, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets.
Ensures the implementation of business and sales guidelines and sets sales targets for the assigned sales organization.
Effectively manage staff in region.
Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).
Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.
Defines and allocates resources.
Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
Drives customer focus within the organization and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
May support strategic key customers' business development.
Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
What do I need to qualify?
Completed Business Degree is essential
Masters in Business Administration is advantageous
Minimum 5 Years Staff Management Experience
