    IS Consultant

    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop a deep understanding of rewards and benefits trends in specific regions and industries and provide appropriate consulting services to clients
    • Create, Maintain and Deepen (needs to be improve and create) good working relationships with key clients and ensure professional and ethical conduct and level of engagement at al times
    • Retain recurring revenue and expand new revenue opportunities
    • Proactively engage with key individuals in client organizations to understand their context, requirements and opportunities to partner
    • Improve client retention rates year on year for allocated region
    • Proactively identify opportunities to win repeat business or multi-year contracts from existing clients
    • Respond timeously and appropriately to client requests
    • Regularly update and maintain the client database for area of responsibility

    Project Management/Delivery

    • Arrange and participate in survey launch and feedback meetings is area of responsibility
    • Communicate survey administration schedules for assigned clients
    • Ensure all clients specific procedures, contracts and deliverables are well documented, updated on a regular basis and recorded appropriately
    • Review engagement letters and additional statements of work; administer changes in scope of work and ensure compliance to mercer policies and procedures
    • Peer review presentation material and ensure accuracy
    • Monitor and report progress of the survey process
    • Plan client visits to assist with survey data
    • Partner with AST Poland to obtain the required support during the survey process
    • Review quality of client inputs in survey data
    • Oversee the administrative duties of the IS Professional
    • Administer invoices and other related documentation to ensure timeous collections

    Self Management

    • Meet the goals of the team through achieving objectives
    • Comply to all HR policies and processes
    • Identify and resolve internal process improvement opportunities
    • Stay abreast of new developments in area of responsibility through self-development, formal courses and seminars
    • Execute all ad hoc requests from clients that fall within the scope of expertise

    Job Qualifications

    • Relevant 4 year degree
    • 4+ years in general HR environment and or survey, remuneration and benefits consulting environment
    • Knowledge of Reward, Compensation and Benefits
    • Advance excel skills incl. other Microsoft office
    • Relationship building and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Business acumen, sales and marketing skills
    • Written and verbal business communication skill
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • GRP certified
    • Certified Compensation Professional s an advantage
