Job Summary
Administrating and maintaining a portfolio of client accounts in the loyalty, assist and mobile app industry, providing complete and dedicated customer service. Manage and coordinate all administrative activities with regards to both new business and existing clients, including the maintaining of day-to-day operations of contracted services. Building strong and strategic client relationships (this would include a very high percentage of day-to-day and monthly administration management) and executing projects flawlessly while ensuring agreed upon deliverables are achieved. Career and ownership mentality is required with a mature working standard.
