Requirements

• Reconciliation of all debtors accounts
• Processing and preparing all credits claims
• Rebates and payments
• Assisting with foreign debtors
• Monthly debtors reporting
• Intercompany Debtors
• Credit notes to be signed off weekly by Manager
• Performs duties of an Accounts Payable Clerk for all suppliers.
• Captures and obtains authorisation for invoices, staff reimbursement, down payments, warranty payments, sundry invoices, and customer refunds.
• Capture credit card transactions.
• Identify optimum payment times and release.
• Investigates queries on suppliers’ invoices if escalated.
• Reviews and submit supplier reconciliations to the financial manager for sign off.
• Manages and controls the Accounts Payable portfolio.
• Compiles management reports relating to the accounts payable function.
• Capture inventory invoices
• Reconcile and process monthly petty cash transactions
• Reconciling and re-evaluating foreign petty cash
• Reconciling petty cash
• Preparing claim packs
• Following up on all related paperwork
• Processing of credit notes
• Reporting of credits processed
• Assist with translation from French to English across all the departments as necessary.
