Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivery of projects on time, within budget, acceptable quality and ensuring adherence to HSSE on the Shell FMC contract. The main responsibility of the FMC Senior Project Manager is to act as focal point for the management and implementation of projects (capex and opex) at client sites.
The Senior Project Manager will also have the responsibility to ensure and oversee Projects Stage Gate Keeping Process, involving sign off on projects to proceed to execution stage (going into ground) and perform all other responsibilities of a Project Managers.

Key activities:

• Ensure adherence to Project End to End process
• Management of Capex and Opex plans to ensure delivery of project on time, within budget, scope and quality, and adherence to HSSE.
• Liaison and communication with client and other key stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualification:

Essential :

Technical qualification (B. Eng/Tech/Diploma) Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Preferred:

Project Management Diploma, PMP Certification or any relevant Project Management Certification

Experience Required:

• Project Management, 3 years
• Facilities Management or Construction management, 3 years
• PMO Coordination, 2 years
