Debtsource (Pty) Ltd is offering employment to a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) based at the offices in Ferndale, Randburg. The company provides outsourced credit management services and the applicant can visit our website at www.debtsource.co.za for more details. 

The CRM is a pivotal position within Debtsource and is therefore only offered to qualified, responsible and skilled personnel. In essence the CRM acts as a Credit Manager usually employed directly within a company. In the offering of outsourced credit management solutions, the CRM oversees the overall effectiveness of the customer’s credit management processes, which typically includes the opening of new accounts; policies associated with credit extension; and the eventual payment or litigation as the case may be.

The employee should meet the following  requirements. Please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum requirement.

• Tertiary Degree or Diploma with a business related qualification
• Experience requirement is a minimum of 5 years at management level
• Advanced computer skills, especially in excel
• Preference will be given to applicants whom have passed the RE5 FAIS Exam
• The position is available immediately, but allowances will be made for applicants who require resignation periods.
• Initial training will be provided with particular focus on Debtsource specific systems, as well as ongoing training relating to Credit Management and Customer Relationship Management.

Applicants will be required to attend client meetings and own reliable transport is essential.
