Sales Support

• Assist with day-to-day sales administration
• Support the Sales Team with operational tasks
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

Customer Interaction

• Engage with potential and existing clients
• Respond to customer queries professionally and timeously
• Build and maintain positive client relationships

Lead Generation

• Identify and assist in generating new sales opportunities
• Conduct basic market research
• Support prospecting activities

Sales Administration

• Capture and update information on CRM systems
• Assist with preparing quotations and proposals
• Follow up on pending sales opportunities

Training & Development

• Attend all required training sessions as part of the learnership
• Apply learned sales techniques in the workplace
• Continuously develop product and service knowledge

Compliance & Processes

• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

Requirements

Qualification

• Degree or diploma in marketing, sales or business management

Experience

• Previous experience in telesales or customer services or direct sales
