Devjee International Group’s Property and Investment division based in Gauteng requires a Project Architect for the development of Residential and Commercial property.

Job Description:

You must be able to lead the team and be the coordinator for architectural projects. Will also be responsible for developing architectural designs, as well as approving the final draft of project plans; this involves working closely with the developer to ensure that their needs are met and any concerns are addressed, monitor project progress throughout the project to ensure that all deliverable’s and timelines are being met within budget; if there are issues, the project architect must work with their team to develop and enact solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture and/or Masters in Architecture
• Bachelors in Architecture
• Professionally Registered (SACAP)
• Relevant experience

Skills:

You should have Project Management experience and should be able to:

• Oversee Design development
• Establish and maintain project budgets
• Schedules and monitor contract terms
• Monitor Project progress
• Coordinate & lead the team through design.
• You should also be able to approve final drafts and ensure that all issues are resolved.
• Must be able to present completed work portfolio
• Construction Supervision
• JBCC Contracts
• Passion for Design
• Revit (Advanced)
• Google Sketchup (Advantage)
• Lumion (Advantage)
• Team Leader
• Leadership skills
• Site Visit experience
