What you will do

• Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability including a detailed budget, financial forecasting process, operating plan with detailed metrics and financing model
• Develop and build the operational and fundraising models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and fundraising rounds
• Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, customer acquisition, expenses and capital expenditures
• Provide the team with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the group, across multiple countries and products
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programmes, pricing, new products and projects
• Support decision making by accurately analysing complex financial information and reports, in a timely manner
• Maintain and coordinate group completion of financial review templates and meetings

What you will need

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a finance related major such as Accounting, Statistics or Economics
• 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis
• Investment banking experience preferred but not required
• Experience in the finance industry, dealing with multi-currencies, multiple countries and high growth startup environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Results driven with high level of creativity, initiative, teamwork, urgency, accountability and integrity
• Comfortable working independently and with a team in a high growth, constantly changing, fast-paced environment with strong sense of ownership
• Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
• Highly comfortable in working with numbers and demonstrated expertise using spreadsheet software
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
