Great opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our team, based in Cape Town, South Africa. Are you ready for a new challenge?You will support the HR Business Partner team through delivering administrative duties as well as the coordination of certain team activities.

Key Deliverables

• Administrative tasks during the process of Recruitment, pre-employment checks, Offers & On-boarding
• Administrative tasks to facilitate internal people moves, offers and announcements thereof
• Administrative tasks related to employee terminations
• Recording of changes in positions and / or people moves on the HR system
• Supporting the HRBP team on various People projects
• Support the HRBP team with Change management and Engagement activities within their functions
• Coordinate team meetings and related sessions for the HRBP team.

Essential Requirements

Essential requirements

• Minimum of a 2-year HR Degree
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience

Desirable requirements

Would be a plus if you had previous exposure to

• Drafting employment offers
• Calculating employment packages
• HR system (SAP)
• Conducting Pre-employment checks
• Drafting on-boarding plans
• Engagement with line managers
